Grozone Control
3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, except for Light Switchers (LS8, sLS8, sFF4, sLS24). Customer must provide proof of purchase. Damaged units are replaced free of charge by new units; conditions apply.
Grozone Control
Light Switchers (LS8, sLS8, sFF4, sLS24) : 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Customer must provide proof of purchase. Damaged units are repaired free of charge by manufacturer; conditions apply.
Garden Controls
1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Customer must provide proof of purchase. Damaged units are replaced free of charge by new units; conditions apply.
Freight charge
Customer covers freight charge to our factory.
Grozone Control Inc. covers freight charge to customer’s location for products that are replaced or repaired under warranty.
Grozone Control Inc. DOES NOT cover freight charge to customer’s location for products whose warranty is no longer valid.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Warranty is void for products that have been abused or tampered, as evaluated by Grozone Control.
NEW PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Conditions below apply to UNUSED new products returned WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date of purchase in original packaging (online purchase only).
Restocking charge of 10% of product cost. Product cost does not include freight cost to or from factory.
Freight charge to and from factory covered by customer.
RMA# IS REQUIRED
Contact us before returning any products under warranty. A RETURN of MERCHANDIZE AUTHORIZATION number (RMA#) is required, please call 855-262-1800 or email request to service@grozonecontrol.com.
Products returned without RMA# will not be processed.
