We at GroZone recognize how
important your environmental controller’s are to achieving success in
your grow room. With this in mind, GroZone is pleased to offer a 3
year, no hassle warranty for all controllers & their
components. This will ensure minimal to zero down time and peace of
mind to you and your retail customers.
WARRANTY
- 3 year, No Hassle
warranty – If a GroZone controller is returned for any reason other
then obvious neglect (i.e. dropped in water, crushed, signs of
purposeful tampering…), the retailer is authorized to replace the
unit on the spot. If the retailer does not have the same unit
in stock, Biofloral, or other authorized distributor will forward a brand
new replacement unit within 2-3 business days.
- The 3 year period begins from the date that the product is
sold at the retail level. The retailer is responsible for
documenting when each unit is sold.
- Any GroZone product that is returned with obvious signs of
user neglect will not be covered by warranty. GroZone &
Biofloral exercise the right to make final decisions in these
matters.
RETURN POLICY
- Biofloral, or other authorized GroZone distributor to cover
shipping to retail store when replacing products. Retailer to
cover shipping when sending damaged or faulty units back to
Biofloral or other authorized distributor.
- After return of a product to a retail outlet, the retailer is
expected to contact their Biofloral sales representative or other
authorized distributor rep within 24 hours to make a claim.
- Once a replacement unit has been given, the retailer is
expected to return the faulty controller within 14 business
days. If the unit is not received in this time frame, the
retailer will be invoiced for the replacement unit.
